Five, MDJ-IIA Marshall electric compact meter structure and electrical principle:
The instrument is composed of two parts: mechanical transmission and control instrument. The mechanical transmission mechanism is driven by motor, reducer and chain drive. The motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the sprocket to rotate. The circuit control adopts integrated circuit, the counter can be preset, the counter can be arbitrarily selected in the range of 1~999, and has memory function. The instrument panel is equipped with a preset switch, a digital display, and a start, stop and reset button. The compactor can be automatically compacted according to the preset compaction times,
(2) Marshall electric compacting instrument use method:
1. Install the Marcel electric compactifier on the flat ground of concrete as required, adjust and fix it horizontally.
2, press the power, press the on key, the operating board light, preset display window shows 98, press the function key prompts to set the number. After the setting is complete, press the "Work" key, and then press the "pause" key to see whether the chain rotation direction is counterclockwise, as above, the three-phase power supply phase sequence connection is correct, otherwise any two of the three-phase power supply can be adjusted.
3, Marshall electric hammer test machine, open the front door, lift hammer assembly assembly there is a deep slot, when the deep slot is parallel to the shelf hammer plate, push the shelf hammer plate into the slot, at this time the hammer assembly is supported by the shelf hammer plate to stop sliding up and down (be sure to put the hammer firmly when loading, to avoid accidents).
4. Lift the hammer assembly, push the shelf hammer plate, and gently drop the hammer assembly into the test mold cylinder (soft objects such as foam must be placed in the test cylinder when testing the machine to avoid damage to the instrument).
5. Put the mixed sample into the test mold cylinder according to the specifications (see JTG E20-2011 "Highway Engineering Asphalt and asphalt mixture test Regulations" method).
6, put down the hammer assembly, close the front door, preset the number of strokes, press the "work" key, the instrument works (the work is displayed as the addition cumulative count), when the "work" key window work reaches the preset number, automatically stop working.
7. Lift the hammer assembly and fix it, turn the clamping handle, take out the test mold cylinder, reverse and press it, and then press the other side.
8. Follow-up specimen compaction, repeat the above operating procedures.
9, in the work, if you find abnormal circumstances, need to stop in an emergency, you can press the "pause" button, the compaction will immediately stop; Need to continue to work, just press the "Work" button, the instrument will continue to work until the specified number of stops.
