Mortar delamination tester is mainly used to measure the water retention capacity of mortar during operation and parking, that is, the stability of consistency.
Mortar delamination tester instructions
(1) Put the sample into the stratification cylinder at one time, after being filled, gently tap 1 to 2 times with a wooden hammer in four different places with roughly equal distance around the container, and the mortar should be added at any time if it falls below the mouth of the cylinder, and then scrape off the excess mortar and smooth it.
(2) According to the method of determining the fluidity of mortar, determine the sinking degree value of mortar, measured in mm.
(3) After standing for 30min, remove the 200mm mortar above, pour out the remaining mortar, and mix it in the mixing pot for 2min.
(4) According to the method of measuring fluidity, determine the sinking degree of mortar, measured in mm. The difference between the two sinking degrees before and after is determined as the stratification degree of the mortar, which is calculated in mm.
Check method
This method is suitable for the calibration of sand and mortar delamination meter which is newly purchased, used and repaired.
Calibration method of mortar stratification tester
3.1 Check whether there is a factory certificate; Check whether the inner wall is smooth.
3.2 Measure the inner diameter of the cylinder with a vernier caliper.
3.3 Measure the height of each part of the cylinder with a steel ruler.
3.4 Use a square to measure whether the top surface and bottom surface are perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder.
